I'm a Producer/ Air Personality. I have a mobile DJ service in which I work clubs, special events such

as wedding receptions, birthdays, etc. In the Industry, I started out as an Intern for MCA records in the promotions dept. promoting such artist like Mary J.Blige, and The Roots just to name a few. From MCA, I went over to Universal Records and worked in the Video Production Dept.. This is where I met my mentor and friend The Emperor of all videos, Jeff Panzer. With him, I worked on some of the best videos such as Bling, Bling by Cash Money, "The Block is Hot," Lil Wayne, "Ha," Juvenile; "Back at 1," Brian McKnight; "Bad Boy," Shae Jones, "True Love," Calvin Richardson and so many more. From Universal, I went to Atlantic Records, and worked in the Video Dept. as well. I worked on videos for such artist like, TI, Sean Paul, Craig David, Trina, Trick Daddy, Brandy, Lil' Kim, Twista, Jewel, Taproot, MatchBox Twenty, PhilColins, POD, The Blueman Group, Kevin Lytlle, Fat Joe, The Donnas,Uncle Kracker, Wayne Wonder... The list goes on. I love music and always will. But latley I've began to put more Irons in the fire. I've Incorporated. It's called Organic Enterpises Inc. In this business I make all natural candles, lotions. bath gels, and soaps (website / product coming soon).  I'm also a Distbutor for Vonte Hairproducts,  "Plan your work, and work your plan!!!" ~Unity.

Julani Ghana is currently the President and CEO of Pro Sports Community Consultants. As a former collegiate and professional athlete himself Julani began his life after sports as a community organizer, university recruiter, teacher, lecturer, mentor, and basketball coach. He also served as a percussionist specializing in West African drums.

After extensive post graduate study in West Africa and Cuba, Ghana accepted the position as Manager  of Community Relations for the 2001 NBA Eastern Conference Champion Philadelphia 76ers,

It was during this time with the Sixers’ as an executive that Ghana began to make a name for himself as the creator of unique grassroots linkagesbetween individual players and the community. In particular, Ghana spearheaded projects involving then former NBA star(now author and NBATV pro basketball analyst) Eric Snow.   These and other initiatives led to a surge in Snow’s marketability in addition to his receiving a multitude of  major community awards including the NBA Sportsmanship Award (Joe Dumars Trophy), the NBA’sCommunity Assist Award (David Robinson Award), the National FatherhoodInitiative’s National Fatherhood Award (an honor he accepted in San AntonioTexas with other nationally recognized public figures such as Redd McCombs, owner of the Minnesota Vikings and Super Bowl winning head coach Tony Dungy (Indianapolis Colts).

It was from this overwhelming desire by individual playersfor more contact with their communities that Julani left his post with theSixers to start his own business venture, Pro Sports Community Consultants/PSCC(www.prosportscc.com) with NBA star ,Eric Snow as his first signature client.

PSCC has also organized other community partnerships and branding opportunities with star athletes that have led to a number of highly successful collaborations with the School District of Philadelphia including the creation of the(Paul Robeson) Weekend Academy for Sport & Society, P.R.O. S.T.Y.L.E. Anti-Bullying Pilot Program, and the Raising Attendance & Pride Program (RAPP).  Each initiative serves as a creative mentoring, leadership development, and behavioral outlet for boys and girls.

Julani has worked with a number of clients that include Willie Green (Sixers Detroit Youth Urban Exchange Program), Marc Jackson (Temple/ NBA star Academic Basketball Camp), Ira Newble (LosAngeles Lakers/Israel/Sudan Awareness Campaign), Charlie Bell (Milwaukee Bucks/Flint Youth Programs), actress Brandi Johnson, professional tennis star NicholasMonroe, Tyler Everett (Canadian Football League/Dallas Cowboys/ Youth Football Camps),Raja Bell (Charlotte Bobcats /Arizona Youth Programs), Delonte West (Cleveland Cavaliers/Redz Kids), and Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro receiver Chris Chambers (Catch 84/Chris Chambers Foundation). PSCC is also targeting some international programming for DeSagana Diop(Senegal/Mavericks) and Samuel Dalembert (Haiti/SIxers) that will ultimately involve private as well independent outreach, education, and investment opportunities in the Caribbean, Latin America, and West Africa.

Now in his fifth year as founder and CEO of PSCC, Julani continues to do independent consulting , image branding, and building tailor-made community legacies for professional athletes,entertainers, and public figures.
